Warranty Period

Warranty Coverage

This warranty provides coverage exclusively for the replacement of specific accessories related to the proper functioning and usability of the Polypropylene Luggage Bag. The accessories covered under this warranty include:

1. Replacement of wheels in case of malfunction or detachment.

2. Zipper slide replacement if it becomes inoperable or breaks.

3. Handle replacement due to mechanical failure or detachment.

4. Lock replacement in the event of lock failure.

5. Trolley slider replacement if it fails to function properly.

Exclusions

This warranty strictly excludes the following circumstances and damages:

1. Breakage, cracking, or damage to the Polypropylene (PP) shell under any conditions, including impact or misuse.

2 .Replacement of the entire luggage bag, even in cases of accessory failure.

3 .Normal wear and tear, aesthetic damages such as scratches, dents, or discoloration.

4. Damage resulting from mishandling, accidents, abuse, or improper use of the product.

Terms of Service

1. The warranty remains valid for a continuous period of 2 years from the original date of purchase as documented on the purchase receipt.

2. This warranty is strictly limited to the replacement of defective accessories listed under the warranty coverage and does not extend to the entire product.

3 .Proof of purchase, including the original receipt or invoice, must be presented when making a warranty claim.

4. The warranty is non-transferable and applicable only to the original purchaser of the luggage bag.

5 .Any attempt to repair, alter, or modify the product by unauthorized service personnel will result in the immediate voiding of the warranty.

Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1. Retain and present the original proof of purchase when making a claim.

3. Follow the instructions provided by our team for either returning the product for inspection or receiving the necessary replacement accessory.

Limitation of Liability

Our company shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Polypropylene Luggage Bag, including but not limited to travel interruptions, loss of personal items, or financial loss.
