Return Policy:
Requesting a Return:
- To return a product purchased from Hoffera website within 7 days, follow these steps:
- Navigate to My Account and select My Orders.
- Locate the order you wish to return and request a return.
- Ensure that you include clear pictures or videos of the product as part of your return request.
This will help facilitate a smooth and efficient return process.
- If you purchased multiple items as part of a deal, you can still return individual items from the order. Please contact Customer Care for more details.
Checking and Approving:
- Hoffera Bags will review your request within 48 to 72 business hours and notify you of its approval status.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. An unboxing video is mandatory to initiate any return request. This video must clearly show the package being opened from the beginning without any cuts or edits. Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
- If more than 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, it will no longer be eligible for return.
Getting the Product Picked Up:
- Once approved, Hoffera Bags will arrange for the product to be picked up from your home. Kindly ensure the product is ready for collection at the scheduled time.
- The reverse pick-up process is typically completed within 15 working days from the date of initiating the pick-up request. We kindly request your patience during this period. Please note, however, that for non-serviceable PIN codes, the timeframe may vary.
Checking the Product:
- The product must be unused, unmarked, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Products that have been altered or repaired by a third party will not be accepted.
- Please include the original box and packaging with your return. Failure to do so may result in a deduction of INR 100 per item from your refund.
Cancellation Policy:
- If the order has been shipped, you can cancel, but you'll only get a refund once we get the product back.
- If the order has already been shipped, you can still cancel the order. However, a refund (applicable for prepaid orders) will only be issued once we receive the returned product.
Refund Process:
Getting Your Money Back:
- Hoffera Bags will process your refund once we receive the returned product. We will refund you using the same payment method you initially used or offer store credit as an alternative. Please allow 6-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Prepaid Orders:
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Decisions by Hoffera Bags:
- Hoffera Bags has the final authority on damaged products and the issuance of wallet credits. Please note that the return and refund policies are subject to change without prior notice.
